        they said they charge $1 to tape the Amazon return package. I said last time you openned my taped package to check the items. They insist $1 charge. I asked them waive charge this time but they said no.

      Hi Andy, I'm sorry that you are having issues returning your Amazon item at our store. It can be confusing to our customers, since Amazon have different ways to return their items depending on the QR code. From what you are describing, it seems like it is a "Customer Pack" return, which Amazon requires that it is needs to be packed and sealed when you drop it off.
