Jessica Tseng was so kind! Nicest dentist I have met. Her assistant was also great. Gave explanations and education for the reasons of what was happening with my teeth. The front desk staff was very friendly as well and informative regarding insurance questions. I didnt have to wait a long time to be taken back as well. First dental visit in awhile. Lucky to have met this lovely group of people.

3/05/24: Updated review. Another root canal that needed to be done and Dr. Tseng and Arlene were there to remove the old crown that had a hairline crack so I could get a new crown to protect the root canal that had been done about 2 weeks ago at the endodontist. Again, they worked quickly and painlessly for me, including getting me a pillow and blanket so I was comfortable! Thanks again for taking care of my teeth! I broke a crown on the night before Christmas Eve, but I wasn't in a great deal pain, so I called the office and left a message, then called them on Monday morning. Tiffany squeezed me in on Wednesday and Dr. Tseng installed a temporary crown so I could be comfortable until they can replace it with a permanent one. So grateful for their accommodation and Dr. Tseng's, Jasmine's, and Angela's as well as the front desk staff's skill and efficiency in taking care of my urgent dental problem.
