Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do not book herelocation is closed. I booked this location because it was within walking distance. The website took all my personal information and confirmed the reservation, but I later got a call saying this location was no longer in business, and I should go to a different location instead. Shady business practice at worst, inconvenient at best.

5 Stars for Service. We were heading on a road trip up the coast and we wanted to leave both our electric cars behind (so we didn't run into charging issues while driving up the coast). Since we are Pacifica locals, this was a convenient location for our car pickup. I checked they would have the car ready the day before, and they were super nice (wish I remembered the gentleman's name!) offering to pick us up. We got there in person but the car we had booked originally was not in great shape when we got there, so the person immediately gave us a better car at a discount. We had no problems at return, which was after-hours. We dropped off the keys inside their key drop box outside the office. We'll definitely rent from here again - only caution, make sure you pick up in person if you can, in case the car is not in the best shape.
