        Customer service is horrible! There is often only one person working.Yesterday I had to wait 45 minuets to make a deposit because the customer before me was having trouble with his account. The only person working at the branch helped him but the line got longer and longer. About 2 months ago I had to make an appointment to see someone who could put my husband on my checking account. When we arrived for our appointment we were told there wan no-one there to help us and we had to make another appointment for another day. Branch is terribly understaffed.

        The bank here in pacifica has been closed no info on when and if reopening i have a safe deposit box there and now im worried this is very bad business even 1 800 can't tell me when or what is happening with that branch this is so wrong

        Over and over again, I have appreciated the personal care from the staff. The staff member outside helps with directing customers so the Covid limit within the bank and at the ATM is followed. He is always pleasant and is easy to engage in light conversation. Going inside to bank a staff member is heard welcoming customers, the tellers provide patient attention, and there is familiarity heard between staff and customer. They remember me even though I bank inside only once a month. To the employees at this branch, thank you for your professionalism and individual care. See you soon.
