Very good attention from Mrs. Silvia. She has always been attentive to what I need, she clarifies my doubts at all times, very kind and efficient with the work she does, very grateful for her help and support for my new home.

Holy cow, these people at the leasing office seriously take care of us and go above and beyond. I had an emergency where my flight was cancelled and I was so worried my fur babies didnt have enough water to last them until I got back. I told them my situation and how I would get back to them tomorrow because I cant find anybody to check for me. I have them permission to come inside and they gave my pets water and took so much stress off of my back I was so worried. They also didnt judge my probably a little stinky home because Ive been gone a few days and you know cat litter 5 out of 5 stars, amazing. Thank you Thomas!

This is my 2nd month at Eaves Pacifica. I honestly love that its next to the shopping center. The office isnt the best at responding on time by call, but theyre good at responding by email. Ive swam in the pool a few times. Its not freezing cold, its heated but not warm, like luke warm. Youre still definitely able to swim! The laundry room is conveniently always clean. Although if you leave your laundry for more than 3 minutes, expect someone to touch it & put it in the dryer. I definitely set an alarm on my phone to stop that from happening! The Gym is clean, they provide a lot of equipment. Note depending on the side of Eaves youre living theres the gym on one side and the pool across the street. Its about a 5 minute walk there and back. The amazon lockers are awesome, they notify your email if a package is to be picked up. If you love dogs, youll see the cutest ones around. I cant have one due to allergies but I love how you cant leave your apartment without seeing them. Also the owners of dogs are always cleaning up after them. Ive never had any uh ohs on my shoes lol. Plus Eaves leaves stations for free doggy bags. The trash area is never over filled. But definitely take your trash out during the day. It gets pitch black dark. Although theres lights here and there. Id say in my opinion there could be more. Other than that I love it at Eaves!
