Location is apartment is nice and the Manager ( Melani) she is very nice and helpful but there are lots of thefts live there my three package are stolen daylight , and no one even looked for the cameras even if I told Melani , apartments are so old , there are rats live by the main entrance ne aware of you live down stairs , good luck

I rented at SeaPointe for 6 months since it's a great location, dog friendly, and the manager (Melani) is very responsive and kind. There are not many apartments in Pacifica, and the big complexes are all managed by the same 2 or 3 corporations, so you can't be too picky in this area. While the sea views and air are amazing, there's several down sides to this complex that I wish I had been aware of: The covered parking area dropped rust onto my white car causing permanent staining; It's really loud to the point where you can hear your neighbors walking past your front door every morning and night; The windows are double paned but the wind and noise goes right thru them and blows the vertical blinds around every time there is a minor storm; Construction noise is very loud and echos throughout the complex regularly during business hours which is very difficult if you work from home; The maintance manager (DJ) is really nice, hardworking, and trust worthy but things are constantly needing repairs because everything is old or low quality (my heater was fixed at least 5 times while I lived there).
