I am so glad that I finally passed my CA Realty Examination. It is wonderful that you can easily work and study from anywhere you are! Due to the fact that I had a job change and moved from state to state, it took me a little while to get it done. I was first worried that I could not finish everything because I did move away from L.A. but I can happily say that this was not an issue at all. I could log in to the CA Realty Portal from any device in any state I was and call and connect to Kian Khalifian whenever I felt like. He is wonderful in giving you the right instructions and helping you a long the way to success! Thank you so much Kian! Looking forward to a fantastic career !

I completed the 3 requisite courses to take the state sales exam at the Pasadena location with instructor Suzan Fish Hewko. It was an excellent investment. Suzan is not only an active agent but a great instructor. She shared numerous stories from her years in Real Estate which were invaluable. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and personable - it was easy to ask her questions. Learning from Suzan Fish Hewko and repeatedly taking the state prep test on the school's portal prepared me to pass the state sales exam.

Currently taking my 3-month real estate course with Sharon at KW Pasadena, and it's has been the most pleasant learning experience ever. As an 18-year-old college student trying to enter this business, I initially knew NOTHING about the real estate process. In just 2 months, my knowledge in this business has grown dramatically. The amazing thing is that while the books provide you with the necessary tools to pass the test, Sharon provided us with extremely useful skills to prepare us for the business. With 30 years of experience under her belt, she can answer basically any problem you have with real estate! Unlike many real estate agents I know, Sharon shares experiences and skills that other agents don't, only because they want to keep business to themselves. While my last month of class is quickly coming, I look forward to completing my coursework to be able to test for my license. Again, the experience has been phenomenal. I have never enjoyed an education experience as much as this one. Taking the classes with you guys thus far, my confidence and motivation to succeed in this business has reached new heights.
