I normally don't write reviews but I had such a great experience with my purchase from Ilan that I had to take the time and share. I'm not a big fan of buying jewelry It's like how do I know if this is a good purchase or I'm getting a bad deal. I got a great deal w/ Ilan and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy jewelry. Wayyyyy better than going to a random store where they look at you and are like "Fresh meat, fresh meat" Don't get me wrong I don't think people should work for free, but with Ilan I knew it was a fair deal.

Responsive, attentive and accessible to help you customize your desired piece. Also has a big network of colleagues that helps create unique design elements. Designed my piece fully remote and received updated along the way. Received exactly what I expected. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Ilan through a friend and worked with him to find a diamond for an engagement ring. He was professional through the entire process, communication was clear, and price was very fair. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with the diamond. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

My request was simple: 1 tcw round studs and an approximate total cost but Mr. Portugali treated it like it was his mission. He schooled me on things I didn't know, quickly answered all my concerns and when I thought he was weary of my questions and naivete he texted me even more options to choose from. He calls it his OCD in finding near perfect match but my studs were applauded by another jeweler. Thank you Mr. Portugali..can't wait until our next venture.
