Crammed parking lot, rude people that frequent here and work here, and the drinks are drowned in water. I've stopped going to this location because of that. My drink was ready, and the arrogant employee didn't even bother to let me know. They just continued to talk with one another as if they couldn't be bothered. Also, the drivers are horrible whipping around you only to be in front of you and end up in the same parking lot going to the same coffee shop. I honestly don't know why it's so challenging for people to be just decent people. And mind you, I'm super easy going, chill and have no outlandish requests. I walk in, place my simple order that's on the menu, pay for it, then wait for my name to be called, grab and walk out. That's it. I have very minimal engagement so there's no reason whatsoever for these people to behave this way. If you dislike your job, then leave. There are people struggling to find work who will gladly take yours. Will never ever go to this place again.

Give the boys some testosterone I used to run a starbuck bar and had the drinks organized from togos and prioritize on in dining guests. The stickers could be placed up on the cup to look at the name and faced outwards so customers can pick it up without bothering the baristas I get it your busy and run a tight ship manager should have been out there and delegate for 10 to 15 minutes then go back inside and do there forecasting and supply chain management.
