Love this boutique! I came in one day and the lady who was working was so helpful and nice. They have a really good selection of beautiful clothes, shoes and accessories with affordable prices. Great experience!

So I purchased a body suit online and attempted to return for store credit. Little did I know it was all sales final (not mentioned in the description). I was fine with the policy but messaged the owner to suggest it can be more clear when ordering online as you basically can try on a bodysuit in the store with no problem but can't at home. To be clear I didn't even fully try on the bodysuit. Fast forward a couple of hours after the conversation, I get an email with a refund for $26. The cost of the bodysuit. I thought ok she's recognizing the policy was not clear. A day later I use it to purchase an item which cost more than $26 credit. A few days later I get a message saying my item is ready for pick up. AND a different message saying the employee made an error in issuing the credit. I then say fine if it's going to be an issue then refund my money as I hadn't picked up my item. Clearly the owner felt like $26 was far more important than a loyal customer. The owner proceeds to call me dishonest and can't even take the $26 loss for THEIR mistake. I never was dishonest nor tried to take advantage of a mistake that I never even knew occurred. Even after explaining the chain of events, no consideration was given. It was so disrespectful and unprofessional to proceed to call me out AND dishonest as if I had done something wrong. I understand small businesses can't take losses like corporations but $26 and you proceed to insult a customer! Very disappointing!

Such a pleasant experience! I visited the store and was greated with a cheerful welcome and an offer to help me. I wanted to try on an item that wasnt put out yet on the racks but had been advertised.They fulfilled my request and made this customer happy :)Theres something in here for everyone! I picked up my order and was pleasantly surprised to find a small gift along with my order. Sometimes its the little things that matter! I will be back!

Great selection of clothes for both thin and chubby, like myself . Not so pricey and the quality of the clothes is great. Very friendly too.
