The worker was very helpful especially since it was my first time there. Also I love the coffee machine, made waiting for my clothes a lot easier

"Sadly we charge to buy our cards..." is very true. I'm happy to use MY credit card at a machine over coins, but I'm not paying to use yours, nor paying extra and leaving a balance. $10 for a load is ridiculous. This is also discrimination against those who do not live here and simply needed to do a load of laundry. Business taken elsewhere. Edit, Response: No, I will not be changing my review. Your explanation does not change my experience and my review of my experience is to share with others who may experience the same thing. I'm happy you were able to find use in the feedback and why you lost a customer. Hopefully, awareness may bring change that prevents loss of future customers. I would say, if I'm ever passing through the area... however, I was able to find another location that accepts direct credit cards at the machine (and was 2.75/wash load). Perhaps you could better display the App option at the store so others know. I neither noticed it nor was offered this option by the attendant that explained the card fee to me.

Every time I go there I get great service and the employees are extremely helpful and nice.

I have a house cleaning business and I wash my work towels at this location. I have washed my clothes here as well. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They have a small shop in the front with soaps. They have vending machines purified water massage chairs and a coffee machine. This is a family-friendly location. I feel safe No Matter date or night here. I appreciate the sanitized machine. They are different than anywhere else they use ozone for sanitizing your wash. Everything runs on a prepaid card that you purchase at the location. And you can continue to load up the card every visit.
