I have been with this company for many years but they charged me $305 dollars just for adding a car when they told me it was to renew the policy and when I called Aceguransa why was my policy cancelled, they told me that Adriana's had not paid anything and when I complained to them, they only told me that if I didn't like it, just don't go to that store again, apart from the fact that they were arrogant, I still don't have any money because they told me that that's what it is just for adding a car when in reality it is free or in cases it's only $5 dollars

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! If I could leave ZERO STARS I would!! We inquired for full coverage insurance, authorized the payment which ended up being liability only. So they rep cancelled that policy to start the correct one. She requested pictures and a signed document to complete the policy. Neither were provided, but she processed an additional charge for the difference of the policies. We have been on the phone trying to get this figured out for 4 days, speaking to several different people and they REFUSE to cancel the policy that was created without a signature or authorization. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL A POLICY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
