I walked in to the office on 1/42024 since it was my day off and I needed to get some answers to questions I had about my policy. Turns out I left with more questions than answers Mayra couldnt explain certain things or questions I had about my insurance policy which made me feel like Im being scammed instead of insured. She also couldnt tell me how much I would be getting charged if I cancel my policy. The only way to find out would be to cancel it and thats how I would find out. Well that most definitely doesnt give me any reassurance especially if I already feel like All State is basically scamming me and/or screwing me over.
