Food is always good at Popeyes, can't complain since there are no Church's in Oxnard :D
Well... the only complaint would be the wait time, there is always a wait at the drive thru even though you place the order via app. It is so bad that they had to put cones to reroute the drive thru line. Forget about going there if there are any promo, the line spills out to the street. Next time I should probably opt for pickup from store than go through the drive thru.
Update... There is also a wait picking up mobile order in store even though there is specifically a line for mobile pickup - doesn't matter as there's only 1 member attending behind cashier. Then there's 1001 question to pickup your mobile order, he asked for verification code, asked to see name on the order. The app doesn't show these anywhere. Instead I showed the confirmation email received - doesn't show my name either. I understand the extra step is to avoid theft, but what are the chances of someone guessing my name and order correctly unless it's actually me? Common sense lacking big time these days

5/5 stars. First of all, customer service was on point. Secondly, my car wouldnt start in the parking lot. Employees came out and gave my car a jump. Got home safely with delicious dinner all thanks to these lovely men.
