Love the easiness and convenience of this shopping. Its not free they do charge a dollar and a dollar each for bags They charge a dollar for bags and say they refund if you do not use a dollars worth

Paying for items online and showing up to find that the purchase was canceled. NOT because the item wasn't there. They simply DID NOT LOOK for it. The customer service person used the computer to locate the item and found what was clearly given up on and then canceled. Why not just let me find out at customer service and cancel upon that discovery? Canceling the order was a major inconvenience and made what was supposed to an easy online pick-up into a whole day event. Only reason I ordered online was that the price was $50 less than in store. DON'T ADVERTISE ONLINE ONLY DEALS IF YOU DON'T LOOK FOR IT AND CANCEL THE ORDER. How about don't cancel the order without notice?!

Just want to update my review from 2-3years ago. 3 years ago, I left a comment saying Target made a bad move by building a cross from the freeway and building an underground parking lot. Because that construction attracts a lot of unsupervised teenagers that go over to just play around and act out.
Now I see less teens playing around. inside and outside the store. Hope it is not just do to COVID-19. If is, then I will go back to do shoping at Target in Camarillo.
However,Target customer service is a lot more helpful and polite than Walmart. Where you get an " I don't know, this is not my department", or they walk right by your face without saying excuse me. So keep that up, I wish you had a small Target in mid or south Oxnard this way I would not be forced to go to the other stores when Im in a time crunch.
