    After patronizing metro for more than a decade I'm so DISAPPOINTED with their service. If you purchase a product that has a manufacturers defect you by all means should be entitled to a replacement/refund. The device I purchased has a bad battery and the device is also defective. Why shouldnt they replace the entire product including the battery. It is through no fault of my own that it turned out this way. Tried to resolve the situation through customer service only to be told by the managers at two different stores that customer service cannot tell them what to do, exactly in those words. I was treated like a nuissance at the stores. The manager even had the audacity to state I was upset and speaking to their store employees too strongly. She mentioned she reviewed the store video. I challenge her to post the video online for all to see and let people judge for themselves if I was out of line. Between the store and cust svc they straight out LIED to me, the store state that whatever cust svc says is irrelevant as it does not apply to them. I'm just going to file a complaint with the BBB hopefully they can get metro to compromise on the matter. For the meanwhile I'll be looking for another phone carrier to do business with. My recommendation DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    HAD ISSUES WITH THE OPERATION OF A PHONE DUE TO BATTERY & DEVICE DYSFUNCTION. STORE MGR, JENNIFER ROSAS REQUESTS A REPLACEMENT DEVICE FROM MFG. FEW DAYS LATER NEW PHONE ARRIVES, I GO IN FOR THE EXCHANGE, HOWEVER THEY GIVE ME NEW DEVICE BUT NOT A NEW BATTERY. SO I GET A NEW PHONE WITH THE OLD BATTERY. THE BATTERY ISSUE WAS DOCUMENTED AS THE REASON FOR EXCHANGE REQUEST. IT DEFIES LOGIC THAT THE STORE MGR WOULD HANDLE THE ISSUE BY REPLACING THE PHONE & NOT THE BATTERY. I TRIED TO GET THE WHEELS OF HER FEEBLE MIND TO CHURN IN HOPES GETTING HER LIGHT BULB TO TURN ON HOWEVER DIM THAT MAY HAVE BEEN. IT SHOULD BE A CRIME WITH A LONG JAIL SENTENCE FOR BEING SO FEEBLE. THE SERVICE IS LAUGHABLE. DON"T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, POOR SERVICE. 0 STARS.
