My dealings were with James and he is amazingly top notch. Patient and listened to what my goal was. He explained to me in detail what would work for me. SSV Works prepared the system for me at their location, and then sent it to me. Complete Plug-&-Play system. Instructions included on how to install. The system is perfect! Sound is amazing! I don't know much about SSV WORKS overall system and quality but what I do know is the there Tech support (Mr James B.) Is fantastic. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Very caring and professional he is truly the kind of person I wish all customer service personal should be model after. Thank you Mr James

James is tech that really helps and act like he care every time we have called we ask for him because he a expert in this field he represents your product in an exceptional way wish that more tech-support was as helpful as James people like him would sell your product to me.
