        Got a call and they ask if I want to renew my commercial policy. I said no cuz I already sold my food trailer and I just want the regular one for my truck. A month later get charged again for the commercial policy and when I ask they say I have to cancel contract. Are the contracts supposed to renew automatically without customer approval? And if yes why they didnt tell me that when I told them I already sold the trailer? They are Very unprofessional
