    We rented from them for a year and nothing we needed fixed was done - or even addressed.  Our move-in list was completed and turned in and we heard absolutely nothing from them.  We tried to call...nothing.  It was very disappointing....especially as we received only half of our deposit back when we felt they broke their end of the lease by not doing anything we needed done...including light fixtures not working, the sliding door handle not working, the microwave only working randomly...larger things that should have been fixed.  I understand it's Covid - but there was never an attempt to help - a call to say they were really busy...nothing.

    Kim Williams is the single greatest property manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with.  She is hard working, thorough, and dedicated to her work.  And I'm most impressed at how well she balances her responsibilities as the liaison between property owners and tenants.  In short, she provides superior customer service to not just property owners, but equally to the tenants of those properties she oversees.While staying at one of the properties she managed, we had a handful of small things requiring attention and repairs.  We were always able to get in touch with her, or one of her employees, easily by email or phone, and Kim was always quick to address those issues.  "--Thank you for that, Kim!"And when it came time to moving-out because the owners wanted to sell, she was so good about protecting us, as tenants, from the owners who were beginning to get a little aggressive while we were working hard to find a new home and get moved out in the allotted 60-day window we were given.  "--Kim, thank you, for that!""--Kim, we really appreciated you for all you had done for us.  And we were so grateful to have you as a property manager.  You made our experience as renters a pleasant and friendly experience, and we really appreciate that." - Nat & StuPS: This message is to all other potential and current tenants out there.  To all those who read this, know that we were always on time with our rent, and we took very good care of the home we rented.  We may not have owned it, but we treated it like it was ours.  We were good tenants and Kim recognizes and appreciates good tenants.
