Wait times in the Drive thru exceeding 30 minutes are common. Drive thru employees have no sense of urgency in my opinion. No doubt they are probably under staffed, definitely not very motivated.

I'm not the biggest Carl's Jr. fan because of the Happy Stars high prices, but I must say that Orovilles Carl's Jr. has stepped its game up with hot, fresh. and delicious foods, including the surprisingly salted crispy French fries that I haven't seen for quite some time now and have missed very much served directly to you while inside the store. Sometimes, it's the little details that the most difference and it's a quite refreshing change from the commonly served bland and soggy orders we would receive due to the stores meeting overwhelming demands and letting food sit under warmers as being ready to serve. Thanks, guys! Needed that!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are the burger substitutes that are not made from beef in addition to the vegetables that come on them ex. Lettuce, tomato(fruit?) etc.
Dietary restrictions: Didn't see about this.
Kid-friendliness: Staff in store are usually easy goin and provide a pleasant atmosphere to eat. No unnecessary bother, no breathing over your shoulder or interferencs when conversating amongst you and yours.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access close to the front double-sided glass doors. But they do have those somewhat annoying little bumps that are supposed to be for safety reason, I guess.
