Pope's Propane Service

They have serviced our home twice now. Both times very friendly and helpful. Fixed our leak and filled our tank for the best price in town. Get at em!

Ive ordered propane from this company 2 times and the first time it was a good experience, I was allowed to pay when the driver arrived and that was nice. Also I didnt know I was low on propane so they were nice enough to make my address a priority since I had my newborn at home. Well second time around of ordering propane from them and I was told I needed a card to pay not cash and I had to pay over the phone or the order was not going to be put in. So i said that was fine, but then the receptionist told me that they couldnt come out till 2 days later and I told her I was low again, which was fine, Ill wait 2 days. Well the day comes for propane to come and the driver never shows. I called the office and the receptionist says Im sorry but he got backed up, so for sure well get you propane on Friday which was another 3 days away. So I said ok thats fine but please hes for sure going to be here because I have my sick baby at home and I cant run the heater. And she said yes for sure. Well here comes Friday then Saturday and Sunday then Monday and now Im really upset with this business. I call to ask what happened and she said he was supposed to come out but he couldnt make it. What! So then she continues to say well for sure he will be there Friday. So a whole another week I have to wait. And its payed for already because theres no longer paying the day of. But yet the company can take my money and sit there and not bring me any propane for 2 weeks and Im still waiting. Im cold, my sons cold, we have no heat, we cant cook anything but just use the microwave. Thank you a lot Popes propane for your excellent customer service and not help.
