We hired Victoria Smith to help us with the sale of my mother's house after a divorce. We were involved in a really sticky situation, trying to figure out how to legally remove a tenant so that we could get the house ready to sell. Victoria's advice about how to handle this situation was extremely helpful and on point, and we were able to convince the tenant to leave so that we could proceed with preparing the house for sale.
