Alexis Thompson deserves 10 stars! I always look forward to working with her. She has helped me buy 2 homes and sell 1. As a seller's agent she is meticulous about the details - she planted flowers and replaced smoke alarms herself, and her team of painters and stagers are excellent. I hardly recognized my home after she got done prepping it for sale - it looked incredible and sold in just two weeks. As a buyer's agent, she has a deep knowledge of market trends, and gave me very astute advice on pricing. She's has also been a real partner in the home search and tireless in her pursuit of the best home for us. Her great working relationships with agents throughout the Bay Area made her a critical resource for information about particular properties. You are lucky if Alexis is your agent; she is totally dedicated to her role, has a deep sense of integrity, and is a great pleasure to work with.

Alexis held our hand through our first home purchase. It is such an overwhelming, emotional experience - and Alexis guided us through every step. She understood our needs and priorities, exploring the housing market to help us find what we wanted. Alexis came highly recommended by our very close friend and did not disappoint. She was attentive and really cares for our family as we tried to purchase our first home in Piedmont. She didn't rush us to make offers and was able to find several off market properties for us to view. Several times she advised us not to make an offer and consider whether the home was really one we wanted. Super diligent with the contracts and able to smooth out all the last minute details that would have sent us into a deep, dark, emotional spiral. In the end, we got an amazing deal in a crazy market and could not be happier. First class realtor.
