Googled Josh since I've worked with him 4 times for 4 separate loans. I'm surprised to see anything less than 5 out of 5 stars!His rates are the lowest if you have the option of waiting for the refi to occur. For new loans the rates are a bit higher since he can lock quicker, but the rates are still exceptional! Josh is very professional, very honest and gives you answers you need. I had previously closed through Wells Fargo which was a nightmare compared to how efficient the process is with Josh!

For someone who doesn't know much about loans, they made this really easy. I am located in Southern California and was able to work with them online and via the phone. Josh was who helped was very knowledgable and attentive. He explained everything and got me the best rate. Great rates, great customer service! Highly recommend this company!

I have used Loan Republic three times - the first for my purchase and then for two refinances.  Josh Motto was my loan manager.All experiences were excellent.  I shopped and they consistently had low rates online. Your application is online, it emails you status so you always know where you are in the process.  They approved my loan when I purchased my home very quickly -  the refinances took longer but I wasn't in a hurry.   Josh tells it like it is: very honest, and quick to respond to email. Negative: their underwriter is picky - was a bit of a hassle. Overall, highly recommended.
