Al provided us perfect service for a difficult jumbo loan refinance with cash out.  Al was very helpful in terms of structuring our loan and working around my pay structure which includes a high proportion of quarterly bonuses and restricted stock units.  Al is very knowledgeable about different products in the market and completed our refinance with great success including additional cash to pay off our credit card debt.

I have worked with Al Sanli for my home refinance due to a recent low mortgage rates.   The entire process was very smooth from beginning to end.  The interest rate ended up 2.75 and he managed to lock down lower closing cost fee.  I  was able to close in 2 weeks.  He was very professional and quick with my application.  I called and e-mailed him many times and he always answered all my questions.  I highly recommend Al if you want to work with a knowledgeable and responsive mortgage pro.
