I have a friend of mine whose wages were robbed by this company. This company never sent her a W2. Yet this company reported the wrong amounts to the IRS, FTB and the SSA. Absolutely horrible. I feel bad for her because she didn't deserve this at all. This company reported $20000 less to the SSA and IRS purposefully making her oay back the government. I feel awful for my friend bcmecause she was victimized due to her mkney being stolen frkm her. DO NOT GO THEM FOR YOUR TAXES. THiS COMPANY ClOSED ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC ON NOVEMBER OF 2022 AND CONVENIENTLY HAVE SPLIT UP INTO TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES. INTEGRITY TAX SERVICE AND KIKIS BOOKEEPING AND TAX SERVICE I feel so very bad for my friend as they stole money from her and she worked many hours to help these people out last year. Not right. May these people be exposed for what they did to her.

I would give zero stars because they deserve nothing more. I have had my taxes done three times by this company. Each time has been a complete train wreck. I know 4 other people who are all experiencing similar issues. They will not call you back, they will not email you back, August will roll around and you wont have heard a peep about your taxes until you get the auto email that everyone else got about how they filed an extension on your behalf. One of my friends got this email and then still ended up getting a letter from the IRS about her taxes being late. I would 100% recommend running as far away as possible as quickly as you can.

Horrific experience. Paid a lot of money to have my taxes done. They said my taxes would be filed within a week. Two months goes by and they still weren't filed. Called multiple times, sent multiple emails. Zero communication back. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking. Do yourself a favor and don't let this company do your taxes.

Shame on me for giving them (Kylie) a 2nd opportunity. I paid the additional fee to cover any issues that could arise which did and still have not been resolved from last year. My tax return this year is 3 weeks past the promised date. They only give you excuses when or if they finally reply to you weeks later. This company has no clue what customer service is. They over promise, under perform and don't communicate. Everyone deserves a second chance. They will NOT get a 3rd from me.
