RIP OFF by UNLICENSED Person a FelonSo, I spoke with Dave Simmons since I was looking for a loan. Dave offered me some money cash up front, and everything was going well until I went to verify licenses -NO LICENSES whatsoever unbelievable!! I then contacted the CA DOJ who told me they have this guy under investigation already. How does a felon with no licenses act like he's running a company beware people this guy is a crook, a violent felony criminal and SCAMARTIST - Stay away!
