Chad was the absolute best realtor! We could not have asked for a better realtor as we sold and purchased houses at the same time. He was extremely professional, personable, and had our best interest in mind the entire time. We would recommend him to anyone. Best realtor in Orangevale hands down. If we ever move again he will definitely be our realtor.

I've owned my home for 22 years and selling it was really emotional and bittersweet.
