These people work as if no one is living in the house they're working in. We were without a kitchen for MONTHS and each day they came they only worked 1-3 hours at a time, barely getting anything done from day to day while the inhabitants are forced to be without a kitchen. Not only do they lack in time management or interpersonal abilities, when confronted with a mistake done on their part damaging parts of the kitchen, they took the counters without having replacements prepared. Who manages this company? Absolutely unacceptable in terms of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Due to the winter storm, we had damage to our kitchen window, which led to mold & asbestos. The damage ended up being bigger than we imagined. Instead of going with the company our insurance suggested, we came across Karen and her team. Her honest advice saved us a lot of money we did not have. They were able fix everything and we are now able to use our kitchen, which had been off limits since January. All employees were friendly and professional. We hope to use them soon for additionally home repairs.
