Enterprise Truck Rental

Beware of the little old lady or long haired man (honestly couldn't tell) at the front desk. Refused to rent to me based on discrimination and profiling. Went to another location and had a truck within 10 minutes. Don't know how this place has such good reviews but don't be fooled unless you like having your valuable time wasted.

Hands down the best place I have rented a truck from... I have now rented a large (24 or 26' foot truck with liftgate) to move some heavy machinery. They are customer focused, get you in and out and they don't waste your time. Each time they have listened to what I needed to see if there was a better option than what I chose and they have always worked on the price on the return if I am renting over a weekend when they are closed. When I looked at others the mileage charges alone were double what they are here (at least) and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to really help me. Everytime I called here they answered and could help with anything. Trucks are all maintained well, drive well and are really reliable. Will definitely be here anytime in the future that I need

Manager I think is name is Erik more or less white guy with green eyes gave me the strangest look as soon as I walked in guy gave me some real racism vibes dont go to this location told me they didnt have any box truck put me on a waiting list then when I went to the location seen a few guy was rushing me just so he can put and grab his two bottles of Titos vodka If you are a man of color or have an ethnic name dont even bother going here lucky they have one star rating and didnt allow me to subtract a star or to mention the guy had cocaine eyes horrible treatment people called back to mention the rating and Joe picked up the phone told me I wasnt able to speak to erik and I proceeded to ask for a manger he yelled Im the manager at the moment when thats not even his title nor pay grade and proceeded to hang up the phone please do yourself a favor and report these people
