        While I was visiting my mother in law I called with a request for a service call due to some corrosion on a couple of pipes. Instead of charging us $4-500 the gentleman on the phone asked me if I was handy and had a couple of wrenches. He clearly explained what I needed to do and that it would take about an hour. It did and it saved us a whole bunch of money. I think a company thats willing to turn down essentially free money speaks volumes to their integrity and honesty.
