I called in the morning was able to make an appointment same day and time that was convenient for us. Arrived couple minutes before our appointment. I was attended right away. I took my boys and the manner was nice enough to bring coloring books and offer drinks to us. Aaron helped us any way he could provided great customer service. Answered all our questions and was very helpful. It didnt take long we only lasted like 30min. Will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need anything. We left happy and content. Recommend this location!! I love the fact they have a drive thru. Makes everything easy!

The worst customer service. I went there for a legal name change. The banker did not know the rules and required documents, and he did not bother himself contacting and asking about it. I went to another branch with the same documents and they completed my name change update in 2 minutes. I will never go back to this branch anymore.
