Chase Bank

I understand banks are obviously in the business to make money but this bank is in the business to rip you off!  Walked in with some cash to open my high school student a bank account.  Because I don't bank there, they were going to charge her $6 a month to have an account there.  And then I said, "Well, since I don't have an account here, would you charge her to have a regualar checking account?"  The teller told me, "Yes, $12 a month."  WTH????  I'll just take my money else where.  How the hell do you expect a high school student to keep up with your stupid fees???

The most unreliable bank. Even their escalated customer support is unable to direct a customer to the proper facility.  When the facility in the wrong state is reached the service rep from the escalated department is so embarrassed she disconnects from the 3 way call she set up.   There is no reason to trust your finances with a bank who can't manage their employees.     Find another bank!
