Dynamic Towing

Dispatch is really rude to hang up in my face when I asked if I can get the security number of which they have a contract with my apartment and she just hung up in my face. I called back several times never addressed to her in a disrespectful manner, and she just didnt answer the phone, thats been going on for two days Service: Car towing

They dont have customers, thats why they go to other cheap apartments with cheap staff to tow your cars and charge double the amount

This company tows vehicles and charge a ridiculous amount of money to get it out.. but thats all tow yards this one actually towed my truck from rancho Ontario mobile homes for 55+ for not having a parking permitwhich I did.and if Im honest I dont believe they did it on purpose( I believe someone took it off my truck).but they had no problem charging me $395 to get it out. Its a crime to charge that much.but funk it thats why I gave them 3 stars but service was quick and polite the girl who was working was super helpful and really helped me mins before they closed. And I mean mins like I came in at 4:51 and they close at 5 pm and she even gave me a jump to start my truck all before it hit 5pm

The employees of this company, at the Linden Ave location, are stealing cars. Twice they took my parking permit off my rear view window and placed it under my seat. Both times it was in the exact same spot. They stole more than 600 dollars from me. These people belong in jail. Edit: I can't respond, to their response... It did not address the problem I mentioned though. I moved out of this community, years ago, partially because of this mistreatment. I would love to see the 3rd party video of them towing my car twice at my home though. Maybe I took the parking permit off of my mirror, and placed it under my seat twice. I doubt it. I know I should keep my windows locked, and doors closed at all times, but I was never stolen from in that parking lot, from anyone, except your employees. I literally never review anything, but you deserved one, and I hope police investigate you.
