The positive reviews are those the MADE UP or PAID FOR.
These people are bunch of thieves right from the time they answer the phone.
They also tried to tow my truck away that was parked legally and my friend stood in front of it till I got there. The driver threatened my friend,that he would crush his feet if he didn't move.

These guys are criminals. They will organize with apartment managers to illegally tow vehicles. They will claim they put a notice on the vehicle when its legally parked in visitor parking. Literally lied about everything because I parked in my apartment complex in a visitor spot for two days when people do it for months and weeks. Criminals. Charge back your Cc once you get your car back as its all under duress

Towed my friends car , she was giving me a ride to work, I said sure she could park in front of my Mobilehome, and we both went inside, for 5 mins tops, by the time I changed and she used the restroom. They towed her car, this is unjust and unfair, a terrible mistake, my guess this independent tow truck company was sitting in my park like a shark, and we fell victim ! 477.000 later she got the car, but shame on them , I cannot believe this is legal . I hope they go out of business!

Will quote you grossly under their actually time to arrive. Will not contact you if something comes up while on route to you. Had me wait over an hour the time they quoted me. They will also leaving you sitting on hold for atleast 10 minutes just trying to find out what's going on with them. Highly wouldn't recommend using them as a company when you're in need
