I want to take the time to write a review about a positive experience I had with this company.
Thank you to the owner Lulu and staff for turning an unfortunate circumstance into a stress free pleasant one. If you decide to take your furry baby to this establishment know that you will be in good hands.
I took my dog Bentley here for a bath and cut, while getting a haircut he was nicked which caused him to need stitches. The owner handled this matter responsibly, and fairly . She acted promptly; contacted me and explained what happened she then offered to pay for his vet expenses. Also We werent charged grooming service.
They took accountability and handled the matter responsibly and fairly . They made me feel valued, they actually care about you as a customer. ethical with integrity and morals, this is the type of business i will always support.

Great service and really fast too, always take my French bulldog here to trim their nails.
