The employees will leave your pet in their own fecal matter and waste for hours and not clean up after them and cross contamination is very high be careful bringing ur pet here most of the employees literally don't do anything for sanitation very little at least day shift ur pet will be lonely in its own filth and beds aren't clean often cross contamination can lead to ur pet harm the company honestly doesn't give the employees enough supplies to deal with their job and pet needs dont recommend this place

I recently scheduled an appointment for my beloved dogs at Banfield Hospital, hoping for a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, my encounter with this establishment did not meet my expectations. I would like to share my experience to shed light on some areas of improvement that could benefit both the staff and future pet owners. Firstly, I scheduled my dogs' vet appointment over three weeks ago, providing ample time for the preparation and confirmation of the appointment. However, to my disappointment, I received no call from a Banfield representative within the expected 24-48 hour period to confirm the appointment. This lack of communication demonstrated an unprofessional approach, leaving me unsure about the status of our scheduled visit. Not only were the staff unresponsive, but I also found their demeanor to be rude and disrespectful, especially when trying to accommodate my needs as a customer and someone who took weeks to plan and schedule this appointment. I have also noticed the aggressive tactics towards the dogs, when they arent as willing to go with the vets. While I understand that working with animals can be challenging at times, it is crucial for veterinary professionals to maintain a compassionate and gentle approach when handling our furry companions. The aggressive behavior I witnessed during the required drop-off process left me concerned about the overall welfare and comfort of my dogs during their visit. I believe that effective communication is the key to a successful veterinary practice. Ensuring that scheduled appointments are promptly confirmed can reduce confusion and help create a more positive experience for clients. Additionally, treating animals with tender care and respect is essential for maintaining trust between pet owners and the veterinary team. Although my experience at Banfield Hospital fell short of my expectations, I hope that by providing this feedback, they can take appropriate steps to address these issues. A more professional and compassionate approach towards pet care would greatly benefit both the clientele and the animals they serve. I am hopeful that this constructive feedback will encourage improvements and enhance the overall quality of service provided. I will be reached out to the cooperate office along with the federal business agency the BBB.
