Playground: The mulch needs to be taken out..... in a way sand was better. They say fecal matter ends up in sand so it does in mulch too but it blend better and harder to remove. The grassy area was moldy wet in some places where you skid and sank .there was 2 single older gentlemen with obviously no kids watching the kids play until i asked them if they were there with someone after i questioned why they were there the each left on their own but did so angrily. Like any park you have to be close by your kids is all. It's ok but not a favorite
