Dr. Jose de la Llana MD

This is completely incompetent. The front office desk is very rude and never wants to do their job. Trying to get ahold of the coordinator for your referrals is virtually impossible as they can never even tell you when she will be in the office. When she gets back to you she does nothing but lie or she is 2 months behind on what you need. They are quite Unapologetic as to everything that goes on their office and it is very backward.

These days, Dr have several clinics and it seems that they only see patients themselves in one clinic and not all. I can't speak about Dr de la Llana because we never had the pleasure of meeting him at the San Bernardino clinic. That woman, Raquel Henderson represents him though and she was disgusting to say the list. Cut the visit short, told my father with Alzheimer's that he should start learning English and never sent to the pharmacy the medicine he so desperately he needs. Now I have to find a different doctor for her lack of manners, compassion and empathy for a patient. Dr, she is giving your clinic a really bad rep, you should consider finding a new PA. Look at the reviews for that clinic and believe what patients are saying please.

My first time being here and wow super nice and clean and doctor here and staff are really nice Im glad I found a great doctor close to home Will highly recommend this doctors office.
