Dummy phone number listed on their website: does not connect to anything, no automated menu, goes straight to hold music, then hangs up after twenty minutes. Have never encountered anything like this. Company is supposed to schedule delivery of large items, but never did so, and never responded to my email to request a scheduled date. Tried to reach them through Home Depot where I ordered the item, and according to Home Depot customer service, the Pilot dispatch office had no idea where their driver was and no way to contact them to check delivery status.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. It is extremely disappointing to see the lack of customer service and communication from your company. As a customer, I should not have to go through such an ordeal just to get an update on my package that said out for delivery two days ago. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration on my end. Never Again.

Lost package in shipping, could not contact company for updates, tracking wouldnt work, and then randomly they show up with the package at a time that was not convenient for me when they were supposed to email me and schedule a delivery, horrible customer service and will never use them again.

Cannot get a hold of them at all. Tracking is not accurate at all and they do not respond to calls. It will go straight to elevator music and a waste of time. No respect to others and their time and hours of operation are nonexistent. Its giving scam vibes.
