This is a retailer/contractor that is trying to give the consumer the best product and installation available. I give him a 5* rating and at this time is what I have foud the best you can find. To date, for the last 4 years we have had manufactures and distributors of flooring material causing replacements of thousands of installed Rigid Polymer Core LVT or SPC flooring at cost to the installation contractor, etc. The fraud is still being done by two types of manufactures of 2 different types of flooring materials. NONETHELESS keep using this company. They no know what is going on unlike most other flooring businesses.

They don't honor the bad flooring they sell. Sam the inspector is bias and will blame the installer for the minor thing. Will not buy from them again.

Please read this before buying from American Flooring !!!!
Less then 1 year after having the floor installed, the material is warped/curling/bowing. Also has actually come apart in many areas. American Flooring does not stand behind their products or their warranty.
They attempt to blame everyone else, including the customer. There are several reviews other then this one then had the same issue.
I am having a complete new floor installed, and will file a claim in small claims court.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANY AMERICAN FLOORING PRODUCTS.
