How Felipe hasn't gotten fired from this company is beyond me. I am shocked people use this company. We are calling our credit card company today to dispute the charge. When we called to order an excavator, we explained we need it for 1 day. Felipe on the phone said that's fine and give him a credit card. Apparently they never told us that we had to call it in to cancel or they would charge us for extra days of none use. Since this was not explained their $240/day charge turned into $1,110 they charge my card. I called in asking for those charges to be changed due to the fact that we were not explained to terminate after use. He kept arguing that it was hidden in the paperwork that someone signed for on the job site (which is even more slimey). After being hung up on, I'm so enraged at Felipe. I hope this serves as a warning for anyone wanting to use this company and these deceptive practices and charges.

Always renting with this company so easy and very good service I have rented skitsteers here all the time the equipment is always top notch
