Nuvision, TMAX, Apex... they are all the same. Support is nonexistent. Their FB page is abandoned since 2019. They won't respond emails, messages and 800 number is out of business. They have been few years like this but still selling products with no warranty or support. Stay away from this company. All 3 names are the same: Nuvision, TMAX, Apex.

Sent item in for warranty repair 12/9/19. Was told on 12/24 it will ship by next week. The phone number gets transferred to a line not in service. No one will answer my emails trying to get an update since 1/3/20. I have no idea what is going on and can not get ahold of anyone.

After major research and reading some negative reviews that were a couple years old, I decided to give them a chance. No other company will give you such device for under $280. I purchased a pretty cool looking tablet "The Split 11". I obtained a smart device with a detachable keyboard and stand. Also a cool wide screen. In a modern charcoal grey color with metallic accents. All cautiously customized to fit your needs. I am a professional so I feel as I found my match . This device feels sturdy, not light weight (unlike the cheap manufacturers out there). Great guarantee and technical assistance available anytime!

This company has been impossible to deal with. I followed all their suggestions, finally sending the product back ,at my expense, only to get it back doing exactly what it was doing before I sent it in. I have asked for a replacement, but am really getting the runaround. Would NEVER purchase one of their products again.
