        **UPDATED** For the past 5 yrs, the same issues of landscaping and common area trash issues haven't been resolved and HOA dues keep increasing. Good things is there are many residents who want to keep our community safe and sound. Love several small parks and two big (South & North) Celebration parks, but HOA's landscaping management is not working well for the residents.
