        Order a "few" sandwiches off the app. 12 total. Could you tell which 2 are the same? The old app would let you make a note, and they would write a number on the box to correspond to each sandwich you ordered.

        I have been to multiple Firehouse Subs and never encountered a problem ordering food or redeeming a birthday reward. I dont know if its a new app thing or staff needs better training. It showed in their system I had 10,000 points yet couldnt redeem them
