Incredible over the top experience with the team at Ontario. They helped in every aspect and went above and beyond to help with personal matters like driving my car back home for me an hour south.

I initially called to schedule a service appointment for my Mini and on my call I stated clearly that I'd need a courtesy car and matching my country man as I have kids and car seats won't fit in the smaller version and got a confirmation that the courtesy car would be available for me when I come in. They booked an appointment in the afternoon, and after I went there they said the courtesy car is available by appointment only, and I said yeah I have an appointment.. they kept looking at each other and told me we only have 2 doors and electric! I took my car back because that wasn't the deal on the phone and would probably not do my car service back there again! Also, I have a squeaky sound that was coming from the wheels .. last time I told them about it and they absolutely did nothing for it or give me any report or info to that issue! The other thing is last time I asked for a quote to replace my back usb c plugs, which again was ignored! I'd rather drive up to Monrovia instead! Totally unprofessional!
