        After 10 minutes of waiting I was told the person incharge is out to lunch. Ever since they moved to Urban Crave, their service sucks!!

        If I could give them 0 stars I would. Staff is irritable, there was only a pilot eating when I arrived so not sure what the attitude was. Ordered a BLT, watched them break a slice of bacon in half for the entire sandwich. Waited several minutes while they located lettuce. Manager appeared to have an attitude as well when asked by her TM of how to ring up the custom order. Bagel was hard, one slice of bacon and the lettuce wilted. Wont return.

        This place is convenient if you are at the Ontario Airport early and want a pretty basic bagel sandwich with coffee or a drink. Since it is open before most other food/coffee places in the early morning it is usually crowded and the wait is a little long, at least until the other coffee shops open.
