The online estimate was $305 but when I called to book the appointment the total cost came out to $595 because they had to add molding and a rain sensor. I ended up booking my appointment with Safelite. The online estimate was $319 and the total came out to $359 with molding, rain sensor, disposal fee and tax. It's not a good business practice to give a low ball estimate and then try to upsell once you have the customer on the phone.

This place sucks went in to order a windshield .they told me we go by appointment only so I wait two weeks just to find out the lady never order it .

Quoted online and called to book an appointment. Their website automatically picks the cheapest windshield based on year, make and model. When you call, they ask for more specific information to make sure that the windshield is correct for your vehicle and to provide a final quote before booking your appointment. I was able to utilize the mobile service and my AAA discount. Alyson, at the appointment call center was very helpful in making sure my appointment time would work for school drop off and pick ups. This was such a big deal to me! Eunice, at the Ontario location, was especially patient, friendly and helpful sorting out some confusion over lane departure feature. She was beyond professional! Luis, the technician who installed my new windshield, was so efficient and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you to Alyson, Eunice and Luis! I'll recommend to my friends and family because of your amazing service! All Star Glass, please recognize and reward your staff! They truly went above and beyond!
