Escrow has closed is only gauge for a real estate transaction. Im happy to say Char Michaels team at Michael Ferro Wynn got us to close quickly and with a smile. From proposal to close Char took me through the process in a respectful and holistic manner. My mother passed last year leaving her condominium, which she called home for 10+ years, to me. It was an emotional time. Chars team met with me armed with a thorough market analysis and her team. We discussed her marketing approach and set out, as all sellers do, to realize the full value, which entailed painting, carpeting, landscaping, and all the little details to bring the place up to the standards I want when purchasing a home. Eight years ago Char represented the seller when we bought our house. She was a tough nut to crack on the other side of the table. So, we figured who better to represent us than her. It was a great decision. She was a strong advocate for us, always available to answer questions, and clearly at the top of her game. I don't think we could have had better representation.
