We will never be able to truly express how much we love Michala. As a realtor, she surpassed every possible expectation we had, but most importantly, she is an extraordinary human being. We initially chose Michala because despite the fact that we are young, and first time home buyers, she treated us with the utmost respect and kindness from day one. She exudes competence, while maintaining a low-key and calm demeanor, which enabled us to feel at ease throughout the entire transaction. Before meeting Michala, we both felt completely lost. She took the time to patiently explain every step, and replaced our fear and uncertainty with confidence and excitement. Her keen attention to detail and ability to keep things extremely organized, saved us from numerous headaches along the way. No matter the hurtle, she was unwavering, and advocated for us with thoughtfulness and unshakeable determination. We both feel that without Michala, we would have never found ourselves at the incredible property we now call home. For that, we are eternally grateful.

I cant say enough about how helpful Michala was throughout our entire house search. She is patient, informed, and willing to research every question and concern we had. We considered many properties and she was so supportive every step of the way. We finally found our perfect place and I can honestly say we couldnt have done it without Michala. I had a great experience working with Michala! She made what can be a stressful process of looking for houses fun. She listened to what I was looking for and was able to show me the houses she knew Id like before they were officially listed. When coming to negotiation and price she did a great job in advocating for my needs and was incredibly thorough in setting up inspections and going through contracts. Michala has a strong attention to detail and I felt confident having her in my corner. Even after the deal closed, she helped make sure I had all the things I need to get my house in order. She helped me find and secure my dream home! I recommend her to all of my friends looking for homes and if I were to sell mine I would hire her as my agent.

My wife Shelly and I met Michala at an open house she was hosting in Ojai. Michala immediately struck us as being very personable and an unusually honest, intelligent and forthright person, and exceedingly professional; an intuition that proved to be an understatement. A week later, we telephoned Michala and asked her to arrange a showing for us at three houses in Ojai of which we had become aware. One of these houses was a perfect fit for us, and Michala wrote and presented the offer that afternoon. She was a tremendous asset to us through the potentially fraught negotiation and escrow processes, maintaining an intuative, even and coolly positive attitude, and working smoothly with the Sellers agent to represent us and resolve any minor hiccups as they arose. Michala is simply the best and most effective real estate agent we have ever worked with, and we would not hesitate to ask her to represent us again were we to sell our house in the future.
